As we begin the final countdown of school days, all classes are working and growing. Teachers and students are making every minute of class count and are learning and making great progress.
In Mayim, students worked on counting and identifying numbers during circle time.
In Mrs. Shenk’s class, students made a chart to practice their letter formation.
In Mrs. Gore’s class, students continued working on writing and reading
In Mrs. Kalter’s class, students looked for which pattern words fell under and identified if it was in a passage or not.
In Rabbi Kalter’s class, students worked on answering comprehension questions.
In Mrs. Depew’s class, students read Binyan articles and did some sentence-extending activities to make sure all sentences answered the who, what, when, where, and why about the article.
In Dr. B.’s class, students worked on reading Binyan articles and discussed why it is important for us to know what is going on in the world around us today.
In Rabbi Skolnik’s class, the Yachad boys discussed whether or not someone could have two different punishments for the same crime.
The Yachad Boys are working on creating book covers for novels they are reading for Frontier Charter Academy and projects involving area and capacity.
